During this past February, we decided to take Gatsby on a road trip. My husband and I are frequent travelers to Boston because it‘s one of my favorite cities. It was perfect timing because the New England Patriots had won Superbowl 53. That means Gatsby gets to experience their victory parade! The Kimpton brand is known for their pet-friendly hotels. We decided to stay at the Kimpton Nine Zero Hotel Boston and then at the Kimpton Marlowe Hotel.
Kimpton's Nine Zero Boston is a luxury boutique hotel that is located Downtown Boston with walking distance to Boston's beautiful a public park Boston Common, the famous Faneuil Hall and Back Bay the destination for shopping and dining. I loved that the hotel is basically across the street from Boston Common, where Gatsby loves. Of course, Gatsby pulled me all the way there since he couldn't contain his excitement. He was going to experience all the new smells, squirrels scattering all over the park, and the sounds of the birds chirping. We were close to shopping and restaurants. Gatsby enjoyed his room and loved the comfy bed. The nightly hosted wine hour was our favorite. We got to sip and enjoy selected wines with Gatsby lounging right next to us! So many people wanted to pet him and he made lots of new friends. Breakfast in bed was great and we were so excited for the Patriots Victory Parade.

Our next destination was the Marlowe Hotel in Cambridge, situated overlooking the Charles River and Boston's skyline. The room was cleaned very well and we loved the vibrant decor. When we got to our room, what a warm welcome we received! Billy, Sam and the staff are the best people. They were so friendly and left treats and toys for Gatsby to enjoy as well as a treat for us humans. They made our stay so comfortable we decided to stay another night! During the hotel's wine hosted hour, we met a family who was from Long Island, NY. We found out they also have a husky!
We absolutely love the Kimpton brand and look forward to our next stay in Boston soon!
